Search Process
Our typical search process is very detailed. LeaderStat Rehab's basic strategy is flexible and can be adapted to meet your specific needs.
Understand the needs of the client. First, we learn about the goals and vision of your organization. Then, we gather detailed information about the requirements of the position you are looking to fill. With this clear understanding of your needs and your culture, we begin the process of finding the candidates that match the position profile.
Source. First, we start the search by reviewing our own extensive database of therapy professionals. Our database now contains resumes from therapists from all disciplines nationwide. We also source candidates from several online job search engines. In addition, your position will be posted on several web-sites where candidates can e-mail or call LeaderStat Rehab to learn more about your opportunity.
Networking. Our 25 years of experience in the health care industry opens many doors for us as we network with our professional colleagues. We know "who's who" in this tight knit community and have easy access to the "best and the brightest". We turn these valuable contacts into leads on qualified candidates that we can help to bring to your organization.
Communication. Our LeaderStat Rehab recruiter will communicate with you frequently and provide weekly updates on our recruiting activities. Our recruiters stay in touch via email and phone calls to give you status reports on possible candidates.
Telephone Interview. After speaking with an interested candidate, the recruiter will conduct an in depth, telephone interview. The LeaderStat Rehab recruiter will gather background and work experience information from these interested candidates. A written summary of the interviews with qualified candidates will then be sent to the client along with the candidates' resumes. At this point, the client will then telephone candidates that have the appropriate qualifications and experience.
In Person Candidate Interviews. Following the telephone interview process, the client will select the candidates that they would like to interview in person. The LeaderStat Rehab recruiter will make all of the arrangements for the interviews, coordinate scheduling and travel plans. Following these in-person interviews, the client will then identify candidates that can be moved through the process to the second and final interview.
Reference Check. Following the first interview with the client, the recruiter will obtain permission from the candidate to check his/her references. We typically check at least three professional references. A written summary of these references will be sent to the client.
Background Check. At this point in the process, the recruiter will get written permission from the candidate to perform an extensive background check. Copies of the following verifications will be sent to you: OIG Sanctions List, National criminal background check, Licensure verification, and Educational verification.
Time Frame. LeaderStat Rehab's goal is to fill positions within 60 days. We have filled some positions in as little as two weeks, but in some difficult geographic areas, it may take longer.
Professional Fees and Expenses. LeaderStat Rehab charges a flat fee, which varies depending upon position, for recruitment and placement services. This fee includes the expenses that we may incur during the recruitment process. It does not include the travel costs for bringing candidates in for interviews.
Guarantee. LeaderStat Rehab guarantees that our clients will be satisfied with the performance of the candidates we place. If the candidate's employment terminates within 90 days after they are hired, we will find a qualified replacement candidate. If LeaderStat Rehab has not found a qualified replacement candidate in 30 days, we will refund the placement fee.
