LeaderStat Rehab is hiring!

We're looking for a Part-Time Recruiter to work a flexible schedule and help us source candidates for our valued clients. The successful candidate will have a background in recruitment and in customer service. A background in Rehabilitation/Therapy or in the Medical field is preferred but not required.

Position responsibilities include:

• Cold calling potential candidates
• Screening candidates
• Developing relationships with qualified therapists
• Understanding client's specific needs and relaying that to potential candidates

You'll work with a team of full and part-time recruiters in our Columbus location just east of Polaris Mall. Potential for incentives! Schedule is second shift, so must be available to work until 7:00pm. Will work 25-30 hours a week.
